Every event is different and unique. Regardless of what you’re hosting, we’ve got you covered. AdventHealth Stadium can accommodate any non-game day event with over 20 unique event spaces and a stadium capacity of 10,000 people.

Every event reservation comes with a fully devoted event staff to help with all your needs from equipment, media, layout, and food.

On-Site Catering
By choosing AdventHealth Stadium, you will have an event coordinator dedicated to you to assist in the planning, execution, and clean-up of your occasion. Your event coordinator will meet with you at least once before your event and stay on-site for the entire duration of your reservation.
All reservations have access to all stadium equipment including chairs, tables, tents, cones, and more, at no extra cost.
Larger events in need of electrical and water outlets are available for an additional charge.
Inside and outside spaces can be rearranged and placed to your standards. Let your event coordinator know your vision and we will make it come to life. Whether that’s cones in one of our large, paved lots or a conference-style set-up, our operations staff will work to make your layout just right.
No need to bring your speakers or projectors from home. Customers have free access to our media inventory with any reservation including Bluetooth speakers, microphones, and TVs.
Put your logo or video on our large videoboard in center field for an additional fee.
Events held in AdventHealth Stadium have the opportunity to purchase catering for their event through our in-house catering service. All menus are customizable to fit your theme, season, and occasion.
No outside catering is allowed unless given explicit permission from our in-house caterer.
Terrace
The Terrace sits on the third floor, first-base side, overlooking the state-of-the-art baseball field of AdventHealth Stadium. This unique space offers incredible natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows and four moving garage door windows. The Terrace can accommodate any professional or private event with five TVs, a full-service bar, mobile tables, and a private entrance.

Suites
All third-floor Suites come with full sliding glass doors that open to create an outdoor room, overlooking AdventHealth Stadium. Suites offer an intimate meeting space, with rooms accommodating up to 40 people and different seating options. Pick and choose your perfect room with 10 Regular Suites and 2 Jumbo Suites at your disposal. Suite rentals include TVs, a private entrance, and a mini fridge for self-service bar orders.

Stadium Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy one of our outdoor spaces with a feel of baseball and a chance to make your event your own. Spread out and take advantage of our unique spaces regardless of the event.
Pavilion & Backyard Bash
Homerun Hill
Get the best of both worlds with a covered, outdoor pavilion and over twenty 8-seat picnic tables. The Pavilion and Backyard are great spaces for picnics, outdoor movies, fun zones, and more.
Located at the first base foul line, Homerun Hill includes an outdoor pavilion and a spectacular view of the park. Homerun Hill offers a special large paved area and easy electrical access to fit your event.
Seating Bowl
Host your large event with over 3,800 fixed stadium seats and a standing capacity of 5,100. Seating bowl reservations also receive full access to all concourses equipped with restrooms, concessions, and outdoor high-top seating.
Field
Experience the thrill of a state-of-the-art, professional-grade baseball field right here in Rome’s backyard. Host a fundraiser, concert, festival, game, tournament, or movie with a standing field capacity of over 4,900.
Parking Lots
Choose from one of five large parking lots connected to AdventHealth Stadium, perfect for road races, carnivals, car shows, fundraisers, tradeshows, festivals, and more.
Miracle Field
Host any event with Miracle Field’s private, fenced-in, fully accessible facility. Play your game on a soft, latex-free rubber turf and cool down in our shaded dugouts. Set up registration or food tables inside the shaded Miracle Field concourse, equipped with accessible restrooms. Miracle Field is great for games, tournaments, outdoor movies, yoga sessions, camps, or any outdoor event!

Looking for a picture-perfect venue for your photos? AdventHealth Stadium is open for photos for any occasion from dances, engagements, team, or family photos!
All photography packages are set prices for a one-hour session in the space of your choice.

Rent Our Mascot
Knock your event out of the park with your very own Rome Emperor Mascot, Julius! Julius is available for booking year-round. This Penguin will leave the Arctic to attend your party, game, career fair, parade, or any other cool events!

A Behind the Scenes Look
AdventHealth Stadium has a deep and legendary history in the city of Rome. Book a tour for any group to get a behind-the-scenes look at all the action. Tour length is dependent upon the group size and tour route.
